I will now take through the guidelines for promoting and other HR responsibilities

HR Abilities
1: As a HR you will have the ability to give promotions and deal with disciplinary logs
(TM+ Approval needed)
2: To expand your power you must continue working hard and earning it.
3: As a HR you will be allowed to wear anything you like.
4: Remember as a HR, you should be setting the example for lower ranks.

Promotion Regulations
1: You can promote everyone from Agent to Head of Security.
2: Do not skip ranks while promoting someone.
3: You can't promote anyone above your limit.
4: Please check the online time before every promotion. (30 mins Minimum)
5: The person you are promoting must be working hard.
6: You must be promoting for a good reason and not just for the sake of it.
7. When finished promoting someone be sure to log them on the forum.

Promotion Procedure
Here are a few simple steps you should be following while promoting someone:
1: When you are promoting someone you should be calling them to 'ATT' or 'Attention'.
2: They should 'Wave' and say 'Yes Sir/Ma'am'.
3: Ask them who when they were last promoted and double check on portal.
4: Consult rank list to be sure you are promoting them to the correct rank.
5: When finished giving the individual their rank tell them to 'AE' or 'At Ease'.
6: Make sure you log when finished with the person.

What disciplinary actions can you do as a HR?
1: Firstly you need screenshots of the offense.
2: You also need TM+ approval for your logs.
3: Please log your Warnings correctly when logging in forum.
4: Always have your Screenshots in the log.

There will now be a short brief exam where I will test you on what was covered.
